A choice of 2 ponies from Shetland pony, or Steel grey 11.3 hh Welsh Mountain pony. You get the Super party but with an extra 15 minutes of rides (value £20), Birthday cake ceremony, present for the birthday child, 20 minutes outside games with the ponies and 15 minutes grooming, petting and care instruction with bobbles glitter and ribbons. In addition the Deluxe party offers up to 8 good quality pony theme party bags (value £20), a birthday card from the ponies, and the birthday person has the special job of feeding the ponies at the end of the session. 1 hour 30 minutes
Maximum Party Numbers 16 (6 or 12 for under 5s). Cake and food are not provided.

Prices include distances up to 20 miles radius and 1 hour total travelling time. Please ask for a quote for distances over 20 miles.

Format for the Day
Pony Parties Leicester will bring a handler for each pony.
The Ponies will be at your venue for between 1 hour to 1 hour 30 minutes depending on your package. We suggest that the pony rides are first, followed by the pony party games, birthday cake ceremony and then grooming and petting followed by the feeding of the ponies last.
For the maximum of 16 children there will be a number of children not engaged in riding at any one time. During riding only 8 children will be permitted to be with the ponies at one time for safety. During this time it is useful to have another activity going on such as games, craft activities or the hire of a bouncy castle, disco or face painting. The bouncing castle should be a small one in a different area away from the ponies.
We can hire activity boxes with pony theme craft activities or games to keep the children occupied during the pony ride session. You provide the adult leader. Additional cost from £8 each. We can also provide our very popular pass the pony parcel stuffed full of pony related gifts and a main prize in the middle. Just £8 for 2 x 8 layer parcels.
Alternatively you could organise your own activities at this time. It is suggested that the food should follow the activities at the end of the party when the children will be ready to settle down to enjoy your party food.
Allow one hour forty five minutes to two hours for the whole party to take place. Pony Parties Leicester will leave after the booked events have taken place.

Party bags, invitations and other extras need to be ordered at the time of booking.
£30 non refundable deposit is payable at the time of booking. This will be deducted from the total balance. The balance to be paid in cash at the beginning of the party or by cheque two weeks prior.
Cancellations less than four weeks in advance are fully payable.
Once booked we will attend the party regardless of the weather. We will only cancel if we consider it is dangerous to go ahead. If we cancel then a full refund will be made
